The City of Irvine is pleased to announce the opening of the 2024 High School Art Exhibition, presented as part of the Art at City Hall series.
The annual High School Art Exhibition spotlights the ambitious imaginations and diversity of young artists and future creatives. The exhibition showcases a curated selection of artworks ranging from photography, drawing, painting, ceramics, and mixed media pieces that span a diversity of themes and styles.
Celebrating the unique perspectives and talents of budding artists from Irvine high schools - the exhibition features students from Beckman High School, Crean Lutheran High School, Irvine High School, Northwood High School, Portola High School, University High School, and Woodbridge High School.
This year’s exhibition is guest juried by Marissa Sykes, a professional cross-genre conceptual artist with two decades of professional experience in creative education. Sykes will present awards to five outstanding artworks and the artists who created them at the opening reception April 25.
Cost: Exhibit, Parking, and Opening Reception are Free and Open to the Public
