First Day Hikes is a national-led effort that encourages individuals and families to experience, with a seasoned guide, the beautiful natural and cultural resources found in the outdoors and in doing so may inspire them to take advantage of these treasures throughout the year and an individual’s lifetime. Nature has been proven to boost our moods and make us feel healthy and exploring the outdoors is the perfect way to start the new year.
Location: Meet at Kids Track
Parking: Parking is $5 per vehicle.
What to Expect: Join us for a First Day ride and explore some areas of the park and learn about the animals that here and safety tools. Ride difficulty will be based on group skill level.
Length of Hike: 5.0 mile, 1 hours
Preparation: Must have dirt bike or ATV and wear safety gear (boots, helmet, gloves, goggle, etc).
Special Instructions: Heavy rain cancels event.
Ages: All ages welcome and children are to be with adult.
Pets allowed: No
