Downtown Santa Rosa

About Downtown Santa Rosa:

Born out of the reunification of Courthouse Square, the Downtown District is a formal Community Benefit District recognized by the City of Santa Rosa. The District, which encompasses properties in the area surrounding Courthouse Square, works to support property and business owners, connect with the City and maintain the Downtown area.

The Downtown Community Benefit District spans from 1st Street to 7th Street and from B Street to E Street.
