Domaine Artefact Vineyard and Winery

Our 30-acre domaine is planted with traditional Rhone varietals consisting of  Grenache Noir (Alban clone), Syrah (Alban Clones Cote Rotie, Power Block and Baby Block, James Berry Entav 470 and Entav 362 clones) and Mourvedre (Entav 753 and Tablas Creek A clone).  Our white varietals consist of Grenache Blanc (Entav 141 and Tablas Creek A clones), Viognier (Entav 642 and FPS 01), Roussanne (Entav 468 clone) and Marsanne (Entav 574 clone).  On the valley floor our soil is a mixture of clay and loam, on the south facing hillsides there is a combination of sandy loam and decomposed granite.  Our vines are grafted onto 101-14, 1103P and 420 root stocks.
