D10 Health Fest

The Southeast Community Center, in partnership with 30+ community health partners, is pleased to announce the 12th annual D10 Health Fest, previously known as the Southeast Community Facility Health Fair.

Join us on Sunday for competitive fitness activations, free health screenings, free wellness services, live entertainment, and an award ceremony recognizing prominent D10 community leaders and partners. The D10 Health Fest will feature:

Fitness Activations:

- Double Dutch competition hosted by Commissioner Damien Posey

- Pop-up skating rink sponsored by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission

- Family fun zone powered by Wu Yee Children’s Services

Health Screenings:

- Free mammogram, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), and blood pressure screenings powered by SF Department of Public Health

- Free STD/STI screenings sponsored by USCF Alliance Health Project

- Free wellness services powered by Bayview YMCA and Transitions Wellness

Community Resources:

- Pop-up herbal tea bar powered by PODER
