Summer just got even tastier with the limited time Summer Tapas Menu at Calaca Mamas Cantina, Anaheim’s vibrant Mexican-fusion restaurant! From June 21st to August 30th, guests of the Disneyland-adjacent eatery will be able to try all new Tapas, Sweet Treats, and Libations sure to brighten up any summer day. 

All summer long, indulge in tapas like Samositas (chicken chorizo, phyllo dough, pickled ginger, cilantro, crema, cucumber, lime juice, fresh mint) and Guac and Roll (Phyllo dough, avocado, onions, cilantro, tomato,roasted garlic, lime juice, tamari arbol sauce, limes, jalapeño, micro cilantro), paired with refreshing  new drinks: like the Mangorita cocktail and Watermelon Agua Fresca mocktail. What’s a meal without a sweet treat? Calaca Mamas introduced two new dessert options, Cinnamazing Sweet Nachos and the Sweet Trip, for a cherry on top of any meal!
