Take a break from your workday to recharge through a thoughtful combination of nourishing yoga postures and the peaceful vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Classes will be offered Mondays and Wednesdays in November from 12-1pm at The Restoration Room in Tucson, AZ. While you won't need to break a sweat for these classes, you will need to wear/bring comfortable clothes that will allow you to stretch.
All props (including yoga mats) will be provided. As always, you may bring your own yoga mat if you'd like.
Please note that this a a new, promotional offering. Participants may be asked to complete feedback forms and some sessions may be recorded for event improvements.
