FiiZ Drinks is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its first Arizona location in Tucson on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024. To mark this special occasion, FiiZ Drinks will be offering free drinks onsite from a limited menu, between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., at 904 E University Blvd., Tucson, AZ, just down the street from the University of Arizona campus.

FiiZ Drinks, originally founded in Utah, is known for its vibrant and fun soda shop atmosphere, reminiscent of the classic hangouts of the early 20th century. The Tucson location, situated in the heart of student activity on University Boulevard, features a cozy 850 square foot space with a lobby and patio, perfect for foot traffic from the nearby student housing complexes.
Meet the Franchise Owner:
Traver Riggs, a long-time Tucson resident, is excited to bring FiiZ Drinks to Arizona. Having spent over 20 years in the medical field, Traver decided to pursue a new venture that would allow him to work closely with his family. His wife, a nurse practitioner, was inspired by the soda shops she experienced during her time in Utah, leading them to choose FiiZ as their franchise. Traver is committed to creating a fun and welcoming environment for students and families alike, contributing to the local community by creating 12-15 new jobs.
“We can’t wait to bring the FiiZ experience to our Tucson community, especially being a stone’s throw away from the University of Arizona campus,” said Traver Riggs. “The University Boulevard area is the perfect spot for our first location, and we can't wait to serve the students and families that make this area so vibrant. FiiZ is more than just a place to grab a drink—it's a community hangout, and we're thrilled to become a part of that.”
Since its founding in 2014, FiiZ has expanded rapidly across the country, offering over 10,000 drink combinations, snacks, sweet treats, and a unique experience that keeps customers coming back. Tucson is now part of this exciting journey, as FiiZ continues to grow its presence in new markets nationwide.
