Trifest for MS

Super Sprint Triathlon (AG): 

200 yard swim, 3.75 mile bike & 1 mile run

The Para division race will be max 15 racers

The original distance Jo Rampy raced in 2011, that started the Trifest story.

Schedule:

4:45am - Transition opens, body marking, and late packet pickup (NO registration)

6:00am - Super Sprint (AG)

9:00am - Trifesta and Tri-Club Championship awards

Bike course closes at 8:30am - this year.
