The brand is known for its affordable, gently used children’s clothes, shoes, toys, equipment and more, and provides local parents with a place that not only puts cash back into their pockets, but sells gently used brand name clothing and accessories for less.

With a focus on being a sustainable shopping resource for local families, the new Once Upon A Child in Conway opens on July 25. Leanne Homan, alongside her parents Jerry and Sue Schmidt, proudly owns and operates the new Once Upon A Child in Conway. With a rich background in business ownership, the Schmidt family's entrepreneurial spirit runs deep. Leanne has been a long-term customer of Once Upon A Child and previously worked at the franchise in Tulsa, fostering her passion for sustainability and affordability in children's goods. Now, as a first-time franchisee, Leanne is committed to providing the Conway community with access to high-quality, affordable items while promoting sustainable practices. The first 25 customers in line on Grand Opening day will receive a $25 gift card. Customers can enter a raffle throughout the weekend for a chance to win a “WOW” item. Enjoy a variety of activities, including a bounce house, popcorn machine, balloons, and Henson's Island Snow. Small giveaways will be available for children throughout the weekend.
