The River Clay Fine Arts Festival artist market features artists from all over the country selling their creations. Come spend a day in beautiful downtown Decatur shopping for art. In addition, patrons and festival goers will enjoy live music, children's activities, student art exhibits, chalk art, food trucks and more!
