Join Us At Oxford Lake And Park This Independence Day. We Will Have Lots Of Exciting Things, Including: Antique Cars, Games, Prizes, Food Vendors, Parade, Petting Zoo, And More.


Schedule:

8:00am: Around The Lake Ramble For Senior Adults- Walk And Get A Ribbon.

8:30am: Register for Parade and Line-Up in the Baseball Parking Lot; Cheaha Winds Community Band Performing In Liberty Park

9:00am: Parade Begins. Children Dressed Up May Walk/Ride In Non-Motorized Vehicles Down McCullers Lane. Must Wear A Helmet If Riding.

9:15am: Opening Ceremonies- Liberty Park; Outside Of the Civic Center- On Interstate Side of the Building

9:30am: Petting Zoo- End of Civic Center Building- Closed To the Covered Bridge; Tricycle and Bicycle Races- Must Wear Helmet Bring Your Bike- At Liberty Park; Pet Show by the Swimming Pool-Across From Liberty Park- Begins After Opening Ceremonies Are Over

9:45am-11:30am: Free Carnival Games and Prizes for Children inside Gymnasium

11:00am-4:00pm: Oxford Lake Pool- Hours Today Are 11-4pm Admission $2 Each

1:00pm: Swim Races Must Pay Pool Admission Fee to Participate

9:00pm: Firework Show Watch  the Show Over Oxford Lake

No Drones Or Personal Fireworks Allowed. This Includes Sparklers and Poppers or SnapIts.
