Let me tell you a secret – Contra dancing is extremely
healthy and it is FUN at the same time!
If you dance every dance during the night
it will be 10,000 steps. BUT, the best part is,
you will smile the entire time!

Parking along Airport Rd side & enter GYM there
Jef Hodge will be teaching/calling the dances
Ed & Elsie will be playing old time tunes to dance to
Newcomers workshop 6:30 Dance follows workshop
