BFM 5K on the Runway

Event Schedule:

Registration / Pick up - 7:00 a.m.
5K Race - 8:00 a.m.
1-Mile Fun Run - 9:00 a.m.
Awards Ceremony - 10:00 a.m.

5K Race Route

Embark on the certified 5K race course starting at Broad Street and 6th Street. Runners head towards the airfield’s main gate, entering runway 18/36, passing by Airbus’ Final Assembly Line, and finally completing a loop to reach the finish line.

1-Mile Fun Run Route

The 1-Mile Fun Run commences at the junction of Broad Street and 6th Street. Participants run towards Broad Street, passing Flight Works Alabama, before making a loop and heading towards the finish line.
