Steve's Equinox Training 3

Your first run up Ester Dome! Start and return to the pullout by Ann's greenhouse for an out and back of approximately 4.5 miles or 9 miles total. Leave the pullout, carefully cross Sheep Creek Road and turn left onto Ester Dome Road and then a quick left into Goldstream Sports and then a quick right onto short dog leg to rejoin Ester Dome Road. Head uphill to the left. Continue on and turn left onto St. Patrick's. Continue past Mile 9 Equinox marker and start looking on right for trail opening into bicycle single-track loops. Follow flags and signage upwards and eventually cross Ester Dome Road. Just after the 10 mile marker, turn left and keep going uphill. Follow this trail until it comes back out onto Ester Dome Road near the Henderson Road intersection. Go to the right past Henderson and up the hill until you reach the 'Tunnel'. Follow through the tunnel until you come out on Ester Dome Road again. Turn around here and run back the way you came to Ann's pullout.
