Douglas Fourth of July

The focus of the Douglas Fourth of July Committee events have always been on children and community coming together to celebrate 4th of July in Douglas, Alaska.

Schedule of Events:

5-8 pm: Soapbox Car Show and Soapbox Derby Trials on St Ann’s Ave in Douglas

6 pm: Douglas Community Picnic at Sandy Beach: free burgers, hot dogs, side dishes, and water. Watermelon Eating contest and Sand Dollar Search
