9:00am - 9:30am - Athlete check-in
9:00am - UAF pool opens for warm ups
9:45am - Pre-race meeting
10:00am - Race starts
Swim is set up based on time and two swimmers per lane

Individual Triathlon
Swimming - 400 yards Freestyle
Cycling - 20K, helmets required
Road Race - 5K
Bike stands will be provided.
